Short version: If you're not happy with your audit for any reason, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No hoops, no questions required.
We stand behind the quality of every GrowthLeaks audit. If you purchase an audit and aren't satisfied — for any reason — you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund, email us at hello@growthleaks.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address used at checkout. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Your original payment method will be credited.

If you're outside the 7-day window but have a concern about your report, email us anyway — we'll do our best to address it.
Your audit report is delivered to your email within 24 hours of completing your order details. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@growthleaks.co. We'll resend it immediately.
Delivery delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate business information submitted by the customer do not qualify for a refund if we have attempted to contact you to resolve the issue.
